Lamination

With over 20 years of experience in laminating all kinds of textile related materials, we can call ourselves a specialist.
With our Stork® Screen coater we laminate all kinds of fabrics with “reactive PU hot melt” glue with dot lamination.

We can laminate various fabrics / materials, such as polyesters, cotton, stretch fabrics, artificial leather, non-wovens aramides or foam.

With our lamination we can add / retain following properties:
– 100% Waterproof (and fire retardant for eg Contract & Outdoor fabrics)
– 100% waterproof and breathable fabrics for working clothes (RET values ​​up to 1.6, water column up to 20,000 mm)
– Stress-free lamination to preserve stretch
– Fire-retardant (FR) Furniture fabrics  (EN 1021 1 + 2 / BS 5852 0 + 1 / Crib-5 / IMO/B1)
– 2-tone fabrics (eg dust on fabric)

Laminating your fabrics, we love to do this. We work with many types of membranes (PU / PU-FR / TPU / ePTFE / ePTE BiCo / CO-Pes) and films (PE / LDPE / PVC) or base cloths where we can laminate your fabrics and add the desired property.

We are able to serve various target groups with our laminating technique, including manufacturers of work clothes, safety clothing, fireman’s clothing, but also producers of outdoor cushions, contract designers and the furniture industry.

Single Side Finishing

In addition to laminating and printing of fabrics, we also offer the possibility to finish fabrics using the “single side finishing” technology. Of course we can also finish your own fabrics with a desired finish. We offer this service up to a maximum width of 165 cm (depending on the type of finish).

We finish our fabrics single-sided, this means that the finish is applied to the top of the fabric.

In-House we can make the following:

• Water-repellent finish
• Dirt resistant finish
• Soil repellent
• Antibacterial finish
• Fire retardant finish (eg.B1- Semi-wash permanently)

Digital Priting

As you have seen on our website, our collection of furniture, deco & project fabrics consists of many (colorful) designs in addition to plains. You have the opportunity to digitally print on various fabrics in addition to our existing designs, your own design and / or color. This way you can fully match fabric to your collection or project.

Digital printing on textiles

In-house we use sublimation printing (transfer print), which allows us to print most polyester-containing fabrics. This printing technique ensures that the print has a good light-fastness, is wear-resistant and washable, because the ink is in the polyester fiber.

We have a large collection of basic qualities that we print.

Think about:

• Various furniture / deco fabrics and structures: canvas, linen, chenille, satin, velvet
• Both matt qualities and high gloss
• Various project (fire retardant) substances (EN 1021 1 + 2 / BS 5852 0 + 1 / Crib-5 / IMO / B1)

With your own design you can realize unique pieces of furniture, cushions or projects, tailor-made in the atmosphere and wishes of the customer.

For digital printing we need your file in PDF, TIFF or AI (300 dpi). We print fabrics at 140-150 cm width (depending on the quality) and imitation leather at approx. 136 cm wide. The minimum purchase is only 1 roll and we deliver exclusively to the B2B.
