Laminating

Pintail can call itself a true specialist with more than 20 years of experience in laminating.
Pintail has 2 types of laminating lines in-house (gravure and screen) with which we laminate many materials such as textiles, non-wovens, membranes and films.

We have a Screen laminating machine and a Gravure laminating machine.

These machines offer us the possibility to laminate:

  • From 120 cm to 240 cm
  • Tension free
  • Wide range of non-wovens
  • With various membranes including PU | PU-FR | ePTFE | BiCo | Co-Pes | PE | PES | TPU |
  • With flexible and short delivery times
  • Against attractive production runs


Properties that we can add to your materials include:

  • 100% waterproof
  • 100% waterproof and breathable, including workwear
  • Fire retardant for furniture/contract and outdoor fabrics (EN 1021 1+2 / BS 5852 0+1/ Crib-5/ IMO)
  • Reinforcing, bonding (e.g. fabric to fabric)
